About these terms

These Terms govern access to the Glotech Digitals public website and initial enquiries about our technology services. A submitted enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project. Specific engagements are governed by their accepted proposal, statement of work, Client Agreement and any applicable service schedule. If those documents conflict with these general website terms, the signed or accepted project-specific documents govern to the extent permitted by law.

Services and availability

Our public website describes current and potential areas of work, including websites, custom applications, business systems and AI-assisted solutions. Published descriptions are general information, not a promise that every feature or service is immediately available. Glotech Cloud and any future self-service website builder will have separate service terms before commercial launch.

Enquiries and estimates

Please provide accurate contact and project information and do not submit confidential credentials, payment-card details or sensitive personal data through the general enquiry form. Initial conversations, indicative budgets and website content are not binding quotations. We may decline requests that fall outside our capacity, expertise or lawful service scope.

Discovery and project engagement

Where offered, Discovery is a separate paid professional engagement intended to clarify requirements, risks, priorities and possible scope. Its deliverables, fees, scheduling and any cancellation or refund conditions must be disclosed before payment. Completing Discovery does not automatically activate a development project. Development starts only when the applicable scope, agreement and payment conditions are accepted.

Proposals, changes and delivery

A proposal or statement of work should identify deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, milestones, fees and acceptance criteria. Additional requests or material scope changes may require a revised quotation, schedule or written change approval. Delivery dates may depend on timely client feedback, materials, access and third-party availability.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials they provide, obtaining necessary permissions for their content and trademarks, appointing authorised decision-makers and providing agreed feedback and access. Credentials should be shared through approved secure methods, not through the public enquiry form.

Fees, payment and refunds

Applicable fees, currencies, taxes, deposit requirements, milestone payments, late-payment consequences and any refund or cancellation terms will be disclosed in the relevant quotation, invoice or Client Agreement. A payment is confirmed only after the relevant payment provider or Glotech records verify it. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property and licences

The ownership and permitted use of commissioned work, source code, design files, reusable tools, templates and third-party components will be defined in the applicable Client Agreement. Glotech retains rights to its pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed. Third-party software, fonts, libraries, hosting and APIs may carry their own licences and usage restrictions.

AI-assisted work and review

Glotech may use AI-assisted development or automation as part of a documented workflow. AI-generated material can contain inaccuracies or third-party rights risks and requires appropriate review and testing. Any restrictions on AI use, confidentiality, data processing or required human approvals for a specific project should be agreed in the project documents.

Third-party services and hosting

Projects may rely on third-party domains, hosting, email, payment processors, APIs or other services. Their fees, availability, accounts and terms may apply separately. Unless an agreement expressly includes managed hosting or maintenance, delivery of a website or application does not create an ongoing hosting, uptime or support commitment.

Confidentiality and data protection

Each party should protect confidential information disclosed for a project in accordance with its Client Agreement. Personal-data processing roles, instructions, security measures, subprocessors and international transfers may require a separate data-processing agreement where applicable. Our public website Privacy Policy describes processing connected to general enquiries.

Website use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information unlawfully, impersonate others or submit fraudulent enquiries. We may restrict access or investigate suspected misuse as permitted by law.

Portfolio and publicity

Project publication, use of client names or logos, testimonials and disclosure of confidential work will follow applicable permissions and contractual arrangements. A public portfolio entry does not transfer ownership of the featured client’s brand or content.

Accessibility and corrections

We aim to keep public information understandable and accessible. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, broken link or inaccurate service description, please contact us so we can investigate.

Disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but general website content may change and may contain errors. Specific warranties, support commitments and liability allocations for paid work belong in the applicable Client Agreement. Nothing here excludes liability, consumer protections or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Unless a project-specific agreement validly provides otherwise, these website terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Nigerian law, subject to mandatory rights and rules that apply to a particular visitor or transaction. This clause does not replace a dispute-resolution provision in a signed Client Agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms as our operations evolve. Updated terms apply prospectively from the published effective date, subject to applicable law; accepted project agreements are not unilaterally replaced by a website update. For questions, email hello@glotechdigitals.com.
