Important upgrade details

Business email setup is an optional upgrade. Mailbox quantity, provider subscription, renewal and any migration work are confirmed in your quote. A forwarding alias is different from a paid mailbox.

One additional standard page is available. Larger websites require a normal project. Essential technical SEO is included; the optional Search Visibility Pack adds Search Console, analytics, indexing checks, enhanced metadata and relevant basic structured data.

Hosting & domain details

Hosting is paid separately from development, domain and email charges. Choose monthly, six-month or annual prepaid hosting. Standard Glotech-managed hosting covers ordinary low-to-moderate traffic sites. High-traffic businesses need their own Netlify account and pay their provider directly; optional Glotech management is quoted separately. No unlimited usage promise.

A Glotech-managed address uses businessname.byglotech.com, or byglotech.org for appropriate organisations, subject to domain availability and final confirmation. An existing-domain connection is a setup charge. A standard new .com or .org quote includes first-year domain registration and setup; renewals and premium domains are separately quoted.

Website terms
How is my website price agreed?

Your budget helps Glotech recommend an appropriate scope. Your final price comes from an individual quote, with hosting and optional upgrades recorded separately. Quotes are valid for 5 calendar days.

What can I edit with the CMS?

Approved website text and images. The lightweight CMS is not a page builder, client portal or business operations dashboard.

When does the delivery timeline start?

Delivery starts after payment requirements are met, the brief is approved, required content and assets are ready, the domain choice is agreed and access is received. Materials are normally due within five calendar days of selection. Delays can move your production slot backwards.

How do payment and renewals work?

Projects up to ₦50,000 / $50 require full payment before production. Above that, 70% of service charges is due before production and 30% before public launch. External purchases must be fully funded before purchase. Your final quote states the amounts due. Hosting and domain renewals are separate. Reminder dates and the grace period are stated in your agreement.

Do I need a finished brief?

Already have a brief? Upload it privately after selection. Otherwise complete the included onboarding questionnaire. A professionally prepared Glotech brief is an optional paid service; questionnaire completion is not a paid brief purchase.

Will my website be featured?

Every completed Launch 15 project becomes part of the Glotech Digitals Work showcase. Glotech may feature the completed website, selected public imagery, project description, business name and website link in relevant marketing.

Can I add more advanced features?

AI and business automation, ecommerce, custom dashboards, portals, web applications, complex integrations and custom booking systems require a separate quote. The Launch 15 website launches first; complex work becomes Phase 2.

Does applying guarantee a place?

No. Applications are reviewed for fit and readiness. There are five promotional places per website option. Any privately agreed Extended Offers are separate from those 15 places.
